Frequent scrotal abscess. Stricture?

My father aged 55 years has urine stricture. He is diabetic and has regular problem of urine not coming from last 1 year. Some times urine do not come even after 12 hours some days it continiously flows without any control. His prostate is also enlarged is size, for that he's taking prostaguard. He's facing problem of frequent scrotal abscess. Last year he got treated at a private hospital for Incision and drainage and urethral dilation. After that this year also in october he got abscess in scrotum for that doctor advised to take FAROPENEM er 300, LAVOBACT. After taking these medicines his scrotal abscess got normal in 4-5 days. Today again he is having scrotal abscess and continuous urine leakage. The colour of Urine is whitish in colour. Pleaseeeeeee advise what to doo? Is the problem of frequent scrotal abscess because of urethral stricture? Pleaseee read the Case study and replyyy.
