My wife has a pain in the feet . Her job demands her to stand and perform duties as being a receptionist. She has frequent pain in the feet base and sometimes a mild swelling. We have consulted a doctor before but as per the Dr. There are no finding. But the pain is consistent and sometimes she cannot bear it . What can be the reason for this. We have also changed the type of shoes she is wearing . The shoes are giving comfort but the pain is the same . The pain starts almost every alternate day. please advise.
Thanking you in advance

Your wife needs to be assessed by an orthopaedic surgeon and first of all find out what the problem is and get referred to a podiatrist if needed. Or else speak to your prior doctor that there is no releif.
