Frequent muscle spasm may be associated with decreased calcium and vitamin d levels in the body or sometimes due to dehydration as well.
Next Steps
It would be better to start some calcium and vitamin d supplements, take plenty of fluids, take Tab. Crampcure twice daily for 15 days for now..
Health Tips
If possible, ask her to start some stretching exercises of all the joints..
