My son who is 10 months old and got 6 teeth is passing loose stools since 2 days. He is on formula milk since birth. What is the reason for motions. He is in treatment for his cough with phlegm, congestion too.

At this age,give just 2 milk feeds, including one top feed using a spoon and katori,and 4 solid meals including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home.
Add ors after every loose motion if watery and give enterogermina vials one vial twice baked day for 5 days.
Give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for increased cough on lying down or for nasal block.
