Frequent infections
My daughter has had pneumonia four times in her life —she is 14. Over the past year she has been hospitalized overnight, and we have been to the clinic about twenty times for her frequent infections. Last year she was diagnosed with mono, pneumonia, cat scratch, sinus infections, and many other infections — also doctors could not figure out what she was sick with many times. She is sick almost every two weeks. Could there be an underlying health condition?

There definitely could be an underlying health condition. Your child needs to be investigated thoroughly to rule out certain immune deficiency disorders. Such disorders can manifest in the form of repeated infections, similar to what you have described.
Next Steps
I would suggest you seek the guidance of a pediatrician who can be able to suggest relevant blood tests to rule out the same.
