Baby having klebsiella pneumonia her age is 20 days urine culture shows that result hence my doctor suggested amicasin Injection for 7 days*2 like each injection bottle he said we can u 3 on that for baby. Hence he said 14 times had to give in morning and night So please suggest am worrying baby is very small weight is 3.350 age 21 days. May I know the reason why clip Ella pneumonia happens on uti and please provide safety tips and some drops if possible Thanks
