Hello Doctors.
I am 20 year old boy from Mumbai.From Last two years,I am frequently getting ill again and again every month.Right Now also,I have been getting treatment for typhoid and some unknown infection from which I am getting coughs from past one months and gastric issues and loss of appetite.I have my whole body checkup for almost 3-4 times but there's nothing any conclusive there.I need a family doctor who can help me through this phase of my life.Please I am the only child of my parents and in very much distressed because of all this.I don't know I have disease or not but I am getting ill and I need to discuss about that.Please Revert Back any doctor ready for consultation.

First of all Don't take stress, it's making your situation worse ..for proper diagnosis,detail clinical history needs to be evaluated..kindly post other medical reports as well
For the moment I can say,hemoglobin is on lower side, u need to take iron supplement once a day for 1 month..
Improve your diet and sleep hygiene..
