Isn't it a good sign to clean the ears with earbuds? I do this once in 20 days & whenever I clean, either my ears will block or they start paining a lot! The pain will usually be for a day or two and all will be fine the next day. But this time, it started bleeding and is paining until my throat! Can I seek a solution?

one one word my advise would be not to clean your ears. its a myth to think that ears need regular cleaning. our body is sophisticated enough to clean itself. once you manipulate with ear buds you tend to injure sensitive structures inside your ear leading to further complications
you stop cleaning your ears. it will solve all your problems related to ear
