Frequent Dissociation and detachment
Multiple times throughout the day I get hit with the feeling that I’m not in my own body and my vision gets choppy/staggered and apparently I look drunk. It also makes me have short term memory loss. I do not believe it is related to anxiety as I get this feel at any time during the day. I’m not sure if it’s related but I also get feelings that my family and other people I love are strangers to me. I have no emotional connection to them whatsoever

Immediate intervention will help you to understand and obercomw the situations. Do not keep on brooding on what you are feeling then reading some facts from google and believing that u have serious problem. Better to take a professional help then draining ur brain.
