Frequent bumbs with pus n pain

Me my 7 yr old son n Hus having bumbs with pus in several parts of d body in some intervals of time not together, sometimes any f us. For my boy its always in his head or face in clusters 1 after the other Me smtimes in head,or nose n now on my buttocks My Hus also in back of head, nose But for us its 1 at a time. Redness n heat also around it.. Whn it collapse large amnt of pus n blood wll come out leaving a big hole Really painful associated with severe headache,cold or running nose,etc
