Pregnancy leads to many physiological changes in a woman's body. It is important now to regain your physical fitness. You should avoid taking large meals, stop when you are 80% full. Take a 20-30 min walk after meals, avoid lying down immediately. If you are having recurrent symptoms with dairy products, you may need to avoid them for a while. Consult your gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and management
