I have been diagnosed with freckles by two different doctors. According to them there is no cure for this other than laser. But it can be prevented by use of sunscreen. Though i have started using the sunscreen the brown spots seems to be increasing. I use either sunscros 50+ or lotus 40 with uva and uvb protection. Is there a permanent solution to freckles? The number of brown spots are increasing and also the size of the freckles are increasing

Hello! Many people are genetically prone to get freckles. Fair skinned people are prone to develop this pigmentation. Freckles are a little difficult to deal but can be removed by q switch laser.
There is no permanent cure for freckles. The best way to prevent them is use of sunscreen. Few people may not respond to just application of sunscreen hence an oral antioxidant may also be required to stop it's spread.
