Freckle,Black dots,Scalp flakes

I've been having the black freckle in my upper body along with black dots , on my sholder suffreing for past 4 years since i tried out many medicines till it is not get cured, &due to this recently suffering from scalp flakes which is in my head,it will go only i am talking the daily bath , kindly tell me the medince to get out of this
