80 yrs old women wearing braces for L1 fracture , are we supposed to wear it all throughout the night too , or we must remove , or is it allowed to remove at night or mandatory to wear at night as well

Continue with braces during daytime only. Also make sure to have regular followup with x rays and if she she starting to feel sudden numbness in her legs then consult your doctor immediately

At night you can remove if patient is uncomfortable in sleeping.. but during day time, she should use it

Wear only when the patient is sitting or walking with support..It helps offload the stress across the fracture when patient is sitting or standing.. When the patient is lying in bed at rest there are no stress across the fracture site and hence no need for the brace..

L1 vertebra fracture requires brace for mobilisation. There is no need while patient sleeping.
