I had used Triluma Rd prescribed by my doctor which was very effective. Now cream is unavailable in market so what best alternative I can use. Thanks

Freckles are genetic and can not be cured. Triluma RD contains steroid and is not for unsupervised use. It shall cause many problems in future .other creams can be used. Avoid sun exposure as much as possible. Use sunscreen 3 hourly. RF / LASER under TOPICAL ANESTHESIA IS GOOD MODALITY FOR REMOVAL OF FRECKLES.
