Foul taste while sleeping at night.
Diabetic patient on medicines for 20 years. Since 5 months while sleeping taste worst and feel like brushing at night. Yellow sliva while spitting. After paste brushing gets well. During day time not much of the problem. Also sliva leaking some times. Checked with dentist, no problem with gums. Do not feel any acidity problem except very occasionally. Hard stool and requires extra efforts while sitting on the WC.

Increase your fibre intake to regularise your bowel. Increase in water intake will also help in this as well as maintaining good oral health. Brush properly twice a day, make sure to clean your tongue with your toothbrush and not a tongue cleaner, and use antiseptic mouthwashes like the ones containing chlorhexidine gluconate. Make sure not to eat or drink anything except water after you brush your teeth in the night. Regards.
