Are you under medication? If not then start taking medicines to control your sugar level. Once it is around 150 then get your tooth extracted during the morning time after having a full stomach breakfast.
Next Steps
Start taking Amoxycillin 500 mg thrice daily for 3-5 days. If you have gastric problem then take Pantosec 40mg empty stomach followed by anti biotic.
Health Tips
Get Sugar levels under control asap.

Please get HbA1c test done. That would be the correct parameter to decide whether the extraction can be done or not. Since elevated levels can cause delay in the post operative healing process. But at the same time it depends on the clinical situation- how severe is the infection in the the tooth ( if it requires immediate intervention or is it elective procedure? ).
Next Steps
Get HbA1c blood test done and consult your dentist. If the level is high and if this is  an  elective procedure then the sugar levels should be controlled first and then surgical procedure should be done.
Health Tips
Your dentist will be able to advise you best after the test results since he would be checking you clinically.
