Foul Smell From Mouth And Nose

I am experiencing some kind of foul smell from my nose and mouth since last 4 years. I also have running nose and sore throat which is making this smell more worse. I try to maintain excellent oral hygiene but still the smell is not vanishing. People around me also feel the bad smell comming through my mouth and nose. It is diminishing my self confidence. I had also consulted an ENT specialist long back but he said that it's just common cold. I also tried some homeopathic treatment for the same but it too didn't cure the foul smell. Please let me know about this disorder and also permenant treatment for the same.
