Dear Dr, My wife is 25 yr old. We have 2 kids. My wife has a foul smell between her breasts this started just recently and we have no clue what might be the reason kindly advise what we could do or try ?

Greetings. This could be a mild fungal infection or bacterial infection like erythrasma. Or could just be due to colonisation of organisms in the folds of the breast.
