Respected Client, Cool and check whether you have any recent stress. It may also effect your recalling. Think,  we will never forget our date of birth or mobile number as we remember this all the time. That's called rehearsal. So in specific to your problem study your subject with understanding the  concept and re-learn content again and again. It definitely helps you, but condition apply there must not be any running negative thought or Intrisive thought on any stress events. Forgetting while shopping something is normal. You may be occupied or thinking about other event, where you lost focus on getting things on shopping.
