Hi Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are hurt about an incident that happened a long time ago. It also sounds like you often think about the incident. You are hurt about the behaviour of a particular person. Consult a psychologist and explain about the person and incident. Therapy is a warm and comfortable space to talk about anything that is bothering you. Give yourself time and space to heal. Talking to a psychologist will help you feel better.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. Forgiving and moving on can be tough, and it's totally okay to feel the way you do. Take your time with it. Maybe consider doing things that bring you joy or talking to someone you trust about how you're feeling. Healing isn't a linear process, and it's okay not to have all the answers right away. If you ever feel overwhelmed, reaching out to a professional could offer some extra support and guidance tailored to your situation.

Hi.. In such scenarios resolving the issue within yourself is the best treatment. Sometimes things happen beyond our control. People say things or act in ways that wrecks our heart, but we can't do anything to change what has already happened. In such scenarios it is always good to reconcile within. There is usually a deeper issue/conflict that has been triggered by this act and it is causing more pain than the issue at hand. Mind is under more pain when it is unable to comprehend why it is feeling and what exactly it is feeling? When we find answers within we also receive some solace within.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Interpersonal Relationship Counselling and Personal Guidance is required.
