Foreskin tear issue
I am having Foreskin tear issue, I require treatment in homeopathy. I'm unable to retract and it is painful to touch. I need to clean during bath it's not possible. Please advise

I got your case, the reason for it is due to the Fungus Formation. The foreskin of your penis must be getting cracked and burns. Also when you try to retract your foreskin it's very painful. You may or may not have itching.
Next Steps
For it, you have to clean your foreskin with Potassium Permanganate mixed with water. You have to add 1-2 small particles of Potassium Permanganate in one glass of water (250ml). The water will turn light pink, take small cotton swab, dip in that water and clean your penis with that.
Do it every day for 1 week.
Also take following tablet;
1. Fluka 150mg
One tab in the morning after breakfast, not daily but only two time a week.
Continue for 2 weeks.
