Foreskin swelling, heat in penis

Asked for Male, 22 Years

About a month ago I had swelling on my foreskin after mastubation. Doctor diagnozed it as infection. I got well after his prescribed medications. But it is happening again an this time worse. Swelling is not there now but there are weird veins on my foreskin it feels hot sometime on my foreskin.. no pain. While erection my penis becomes very hot and i fell like orgasm instantly. Head of my penis turns weirdly red. And when my penis returns to flacid stated veins remain swollen. But they go back normal. I feel tired these days. What is this. I am so scared please please please helppp!! I am very worried what should i do.. ?? Please reply as soon as possible.
