Foreskin infection.
Hi, I am 33 years old. I got foreskin infection when pulling back the foreskin there is some white bumps and redness. It's some time looks like the fine and sometimes it's shown not normal much brighter. Even I do daily clean and wash properly during the bath. Please could suggest how to clean daily using soap and what precautions I have to take.

Normal whitish, powdery deposite over glans is smegma, it's normal secretion, can be washed with normal water. If it's something else, then u should consult a dermatologist.
