Foreskin head (gland ) query
Hi all , I was diagnosed with genital warts on May 6th ,2025 and I started taking medicines for it , I was applying imiqumod cream on the warts and mupax cream as well , I used to apply the creams and pull my foreskin down so that the head of the penile area is exposed without the skin and my penile head used to friction with my underwear clothes and the penile head skin was reddish , I was doing like this for the past full week and yesterday i noticed like the one in the attached images , can you let me know if this is how the skin will look like if imiqumod cream mistakenly spreads to the penile head skin and because of friction the area will look reddish and forms whitish like this , it only started to look like this from yesterday (image attached ) awaiting your response on this , thank you
