Foreskin cuts and roughness

I noticed cuts in My Foreskin 2 weeks ago. It looked liked healed, but after intercourse it worsed the condition. Recently I noticed a white stuff is getting accumulated inside my foreskin, am cleaning this everyday. I am also facing problem in retracting my foreskin it's causing huge pain. Request your suggestion and help.
