Forehead skin is too tan

I have skin problem, my forehead skin is too tan to compare with my cheek. Its didn't match to cheek skin. Whenever i click photo its look like black skin. How to reduce this blackness and match both skintone. If we have specialist then i have to do that skin treatment.
