Forehead looks black

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby girl is 4 months old and since birth half of her head and the forehead looks black and the other half of the head and her facial skin is so bright n fair. Since the forehead looks black it looks weird. It is anything serious? Can you please explain me why it is like that ?
