Hi, as your body is under the healing process, you need a high protein and carbohydrate rich diet and advice you to be on a high quality proteins like fish, egg, milk and its products also plant based proteins not on red meat and complex carbohydrates like whole cereals, vegetables and fruits.
Your movement got restricted due to injury and your diet will be rich in calories so its better to go for a walk to avoid weight gain.
