Are these fordyce spots? they have been there since 2-3 years. there is no pain itching or irritation. they are symmetrically placed on both sides of the upper lips. please answer I'm not financially able to pay for the onnline consultation please confirm if they are FORDYCE SPOTS or something else? the are giving me anxiety amd depression... please confirm
