Dear sir/madam, My height is- 5"10, & my weight is- 65kg, my age is-27, & I am vegetarian, i have done all tests like - thyroid, liver, kidney, all test reports are normal, so please help me for weight gain. Thanks

Start ur day with exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water.
