Glutathione oral therapy starts showing results once you take it . Visible results in within 15 days and it will help lighten your skin till the time you take it . But once you stop the results will fade with time . If you want to take it regularly , you need to keep a check on your vitamin D levels as it depletes it. For further therapy , consult online
