1st my wife had sinus and sinus associated sneezing , runny nose and mild fever (sensation fever between 95 to 99). Dolo didn't helped her. Then with a suggestion given her tab Sinarest 1-0-1. Entire symptoms subsided in 6 hours.
BUT AFTER HER HYSTERECTOMY SHE HAS HIGH IGE LEVELS (+1000). SO she is experiencing skin rashes.
Can I give her Sinarest syrup or any better alternative. PLEASE SUGGEST.
And we entire family that is me, my son has sinus issues and waterborne throat infection since decades. Whenever sinusitis triggers or water change immediately we feel throat infection , mild fever , mucus / plghem.
We are recovering rapidly with Sinarest but suffering from its side effect HEADACHE
IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO SINAREST WITHOUT skin rash and headache. Please suggest.
WE DONT WANT AYURVEDIC OR HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES.

Hello..
I read your issues..
First of all for your wife yes sinarest is all together a good medicine..you can take alternative but evry antihistamine has little side effects
Montek LC is another alternative
For your family I would suggest check for tonsils of your son.. any other allergic issues
And I would love to inquire in detail about your history.
Next Steps
if possible you can take ENT consultation for better understanding and treatment

Repeated sinus infection for ur wife is called Chronic Sinusitis and just sinarest may not help. Antibiotics have to be given in acute attacks. U and ur child have allergic issues antihistaminics like montek-LC or Montair-Fx may help.Need to do further investiagtions. Advice u to take online consultation for further evaluation & management.
