Hello Dr. Uncle having frequently urination. Day n night. Night he has much urination. Since 4-5 years. Now consult Dr. Dr advice Tablet Pantop Tablet roliflo OD 2 AT MORNING 8 AM. for how many days we have to use this tablet for his problem.?? Pt having no sugar. HB 9 . BP NORMAL BUT ON TREATMENT. He has an enlarged prostate, so his symptoms can be because of that and worsening of symptoms can be because of any Urine infection. If his symptoms have resolved now, can stop Roliflo and observe for recurrence, if recurring then he may need Prostate related medicine lifelong, and if medicine is not helping then TURP. Although I think it is not very much enlarged at present to think of TURP. Medicines  may help.
