Hello,a 3 years old girl named Riddhi has fever from last two days. As per advice of the doctor we gave her CALPOL 250 MG still it didn't work on her . And now she's again in fever with some headache and body pain. Her fever is around 104.1 F . Please help us with the best advice

Syrup. Taxim O 5ml twice a day after food
Syrup. Pantop 5ml before breakfast..
If there is no shivering plz do cold sponging as per requirements
And do some blood tests like CBC with ESR AND FEVER PROFILE...as its covid time plz get checked to a near by Pediatrician...

Fever...how many spikes a day?
Any associated symptoms like vomiting?loose stool, cough ,running nose , rash?
If just 2 days fever without any other symptoms...can be waited for couple of days...provided baby is active in between the fever spikes
What is the weight of the baby?..so that correct dose of syrup is given...at correct timing...
