I am planning to take OMEGA 3 FISH OIL 1000 MG WITH DHA/EPA 350/550 and along with multivitamin. is this a good idea ??? my age 36 weight 80, height 5'4", not allergic to any thing healthy and not having any medical problem aim is -- i want to rake these suppliments to keep my body fit and to get all nutritions .

I feel it is better to take good diet rather than depending upon commercial preparations. If you are a non veg it is a better idea to consume a little fish. You must rather make efforts to reduce your weight (Fat)
