  4. Foot wound not healing. To heal.

Foot wound not healing
My father is diabetes patient, 2years back small wound formed by hitting stone, it's not healing from that time onwards, tried different doctors, each doctor changing the tablets and ointment but still no luck, please suggest what could be the issue and what is the best approach to heal. Thanks in advance.
