Foot swelling after healing bones
Hi Team,
8 months ago on 9 september my foot ankle broken from 3 parts fallen from top of the floor.My orthopedic consultant Dr caste plaster for three months .After three months removal of caste my foot is continuously Swelling .Dr told a little bit thickness is increased.He prescribed medicines but it happens to 5 months there is nothing relief from Swelling.I have done foot massage with hot and cold water simultaneously.But not getting any relief.Can anyone suggest exactly what is happening and how will I recover and get relief from this.Thanks

Swelling will be there for six months at least , it may take upto two years to recover
