Foot sole inflammation
Got a lump like structure on the foot sole slightly above the heel and below foot arch.its is not painful at the moment but I see similar structure growing on the other foot as well.. what is it? Do I need to see a doctor?

Keep a check on your footwear including regular sleepers. Uncomfortable soles, too much walking (barefoot), etc can make the foot skin thicker.
It will be better to understand with a picture.
