Foot nail hurts

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My foot nail came off 6 years ago due to the bike stand.i took an injection and left it to groe. The nail grew back but came off again due to football. This repeated multiple times. Finally when my nail was fine i played soccer today ,after 2 years,and got stepped on that area.i think the problem started again.colour of the nail changed and it hurts. I feel i am better without the nail.what do you suggest?
