  4. Foot heel pain. To do please suggest.

Foot heel pain
My foot heels of both legs pain all the time (moderate pain ),also my right side groin pains mild . I have no diabetes, normal bp ,non smoker and non alcoholic . I have elevated triglycerides 196 , weight 81 kg, height 5feet 7 inches ,age 24 What to do please suggest.
