Foot cramps daily
I have foot cramps, few doctors prescribe vit D pills.. but not working, few days it ll alright again the same, cramps will be more in the night.. when i start lying on the bed i feel very weird feel.. when some weight falls on the foot i feel relaxed i feel like let the weight be like that only.. what is the cause... No other health issues I'm hypothyroid

Do a serum electrolytes... Take calcium tablet 500 mg once at night .. Do a Random blood sugar test
