Foot corn on 4 years old

Hi, My son is suffering from foot corn for past one month. He is being very active but is there a way to treat this. We took him to his paediatrician and he said to try homeopathy as it cures fastly. We couldn't find one in place where we live. Could you please let us know how to cure this. Attached the photo!
