Hello,my son is 3 months old now he's on forumula milk since I don't have breastmilk.can I give him cerelac , banana and Apple  puree to increase his weight ? Suggest any alternative to increase his weight..I have tried everything to get breast milk but iam not producing Even a drop of milk

Old case. Greetings. Brest feeding is the best.  You can start weaning Add banana and other nutrient food one by one starting small quantity .please consult pediatrician physically to get full history and check up.
