Hi, The preparation of diet chart for inflammatory bowel disease should be done minutely and for that, details information is very much essentiial. You can follow small but frequent meal instead of large, which will be more comfortable. Please keep protien rich food like egg, soyabean, fish ,almond etc in your diet. Don't stress on high fibre diet.
