Food during breastfeeding
Hi, I am a breastfeeding mother of my 2nd month baby. Heard that having mangoes during breastfeeding can cause colic issue in newborn. Is it true? And is it true we should avoid chana dal, urad dal, and chickpeas? For how long food restrictions are there?
