Some points to remember like sleep early , eat healthy food throughout day and all will plan according to your height and weight. Listen music or chant during exercise and yes have green tea before exercise. Tcare

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Its nit recommended that you eat before working out but you can take prework out shakes if you want.
You can take a fruit and a green tea or something of that sort atleast half an hour before workout.
Kindly take things slowly at the gym.
Building body or getting in shape will take time.
Keep good track of your diet.
Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 full meals.
Drink lots of water.
Best regards.
