Food aversions during my pregnancy
Hello doctor I've been feeling nausea ,vomiting almost everyday of my first trimester now it's my second I'm almost 14 weeks now and till now I cannot eat anything the smell of food makes me wanna vomit I'm forcing myself to eat certain food but it's so hard the moment I force myself I vomit immediately I can't even stand boil eggs or any normal food I can only drink orange juice and and liquid I hate the smell of any meat I get so much bad headache I wanna have a healthy pregnancy but it's just so hard for me because I cannot eat anything can you suggest me what all should I try for me preferable veg

Small frequent meals  rich in  protein should be tried you can try dry carbohydrates Sprouts Roasted Bengal gram stir fried  vegetables Curd rice etc can be tried you can also connect for a prescription of a safe antiemetic
