I've been feeling nausea ,vomiting almost everyday of my first trimester now it's my second I'm almost 14 weeks now and till now I cannot eat anything the smell of food makes me wanna vomit I'm forcing myself to eat certain food but it's so hard the moment I force myself I vomit immediately I can't even stand boil eggs or any normal food I can only drink orange juice and and liquid I hate the smell of any meat I get so much bad headache I wanna have a healthy pregnancy but it's just so hard for me because I cannot eat anything can you suggest me what all should I try for me preferable veg
