Folliculitis near burnt area

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi I have got folliculites near burnt area. This had burnt due to hot oil on 17 Nov and I am under treatment and using SS SULFA CREAM AND RINIFOL , AUGMENTIN 625... What should I do with this folliculitis?
