Folliculitis for like last 10 years

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi, I am suffering from this infection/diseases called folliculitis. It's been like 10 yrs or so. It's on my scalp, face and mildly on back as well. I've visited multiple doctors for years but still not getting rid of this. I am attaching a picture as well. Can someone please suggest me what should i do ? Thank you: )
